Processing & Production
Every Nifty Lift is built specifically for your order based on your selected configuration and options.
Production times may vary depending on order volume, customization, and material availability. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of purchase whenever possible.
Shipping
Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped using an appropriate freight or parcel carrier, depending on the size of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Local Pickup (No Shipping Charge)
Customers are welcome to pick up their order at no additional charge from either of our pickup locations:

📍 Polk City, Florida
Simply select Local Pickup during checkout, and we’ll contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any damage:
- Take photos of the packaging and product.
- Note any visible damage with the delivery driver, if applicable.
- Contact Nifty Lift within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work quickly to resolve any shipping-related issues.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, freight carriers, holidays, or other events outside our control may occasionally occur.
