Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty
At Nifty Lift, we build products that are designed to last. We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the structural components of every Nifty Lift.
What Is Covered
For the original purchaser, Nifty Lift warrants the following structural components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product:
- Lift platform
- Steel frame
- Telescoping guide tubes
- Structural rails
- Welded components
- Mounting brackets
- Hardware installed by Nifty Lift
If any covered structural component fails due to a manufacturing defect during normal residential use, Nifty Lift will repair or replace the defective component at our discretion.
Winch & Motor Warranty
The electric winch, motor, remote controls, and related electrical components are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty length and coverage may vary depending on the manufacturer supplied with your lift.
Nifty Lift will gladly assist customers in the warranty process when possible.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Failure to follow installation instructions
- Commercial or industrial use (unless specifically approved)
- Overloading the lift beyond its rated capacity
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- Alterations or modifications
- Fire, flood, lightning, storms, or other acts of nature
- Cosmetic scratches, dents, paint wear, or normal aging
- Normal wear items
Owner Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, owners must:
- Install the lift according to Nifty Lift instructions.
- Never exceed the rated weight capacity.
- Perform normal inspections and maintenance.
- Use only genuine Nifty Lift replacement parts and approved accessories when applicable.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your lift has a defect covered under this warranty:

- Original order number
- Name of purchaser
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
- Shipping address

Our team will review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Limitations
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components.
Nifty Lift is not responsible for:
- Labor costs for removal or reinstallation
- Damage to stored property
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Lost time or inconvenience
Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
