Returns

Because every Nifty Lift is built to order and customized to each customer’s specifications, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-built lifts
  • Custom sizing or ceiling height configurations
  • Special finishes or colors
  • Personalized or special-order accessories

If your product arrives damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the affected component at no cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 48 hours, production may have already begun. If materials have been ordered or manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover materials and labor already incurred.

Once your lift has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the packaging and damaged item.
  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Retain all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.

We will work quickly to replace any damaged components.


Warranty Claims

Manufacturing defects are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty for the lift structure.

The electric winch/motor is covered separately under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, overloading, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.
